Happy Friday!

While exercise is not my focus, it is extremely important to live actively and support yourself and your nutrition for optimum results. I have found myself waxing and waning in terms of exercise. I am active daily AND don't always allow time to really get my heart rate up, on a daily basis. However, after spending time around Lucas Grancorvitz , I always rekindle that motivation!
Have found myself out the last few mornings (again) when it is dark and most of the world has not woken up yet. Interesting how perspectives change and motivation just keeps going. So do you know what the world (or at least your neighborhood) looks like in the dark? I thought I did, however, my experiences in the morning and quite different than in the evening. Fall adds color, smells, and new experiences that are what life is made of. So get out there and try something new (or see how you can challenge your experience to see it from a different perspective)!
