10 Ways to incorporate your Omega 3's
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables especially leafy green vegetables. Your salads, your smoothies, cooked any way you can get them in, are great. , A baseline to consider for all of us is a plant-powered, low-glycemic, anti-inflammatory plan. Each of us is different because we each process fats, sugars, and proteins somewhat differently, but incorporating more plants is a great way to start!
Consume oils with a healthy balance of Omega-3 and Omega-6. Minimize or eliminate all of those refined oils, especially those from GMO crops. Incorporate more oils like flax and hemp seed oil into your uncooked foods. Add them to smoothies, pestos, salad dressings, or use them as a condiment.

Eat pastured eggs
Eat grass fed beef.
Eat free-range poultry.
